Tom is an inspirational and passionate international entrepreneur, motivational speaker, consultant, coach, adviser, mentor, author, teacher and trainer. His business leadership spans a variety of fields including personal and professional development, technology, computer design and manufacturing, accounting and audit, international study abroad and educational travel, and management consulting. Tom has held various corporate roles as an auditor, financial controller, treasurer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, president, chief executive officer, board member and shareholder.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a MBA in Finance. He started his career as an auditor in KPMG Peat Marwick in Boston with Certified Public Accountant certificates in the States of Massachusetts, California and Nevada. Tom is fluent in Spanish and spent 12 years dividing his time between the United States and Latin America as a partner and the chief operating officer in an international study abroad and educational travel company. He relocated back to the United States full-time in August 2017 to focus all of his energy on Be Something Wonderful. Tom currently resides in San Diego, California.
